Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total. Deposit Policy: A deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service total.
